How long do they last and how often will I need to fill them?

Lashes shed every 6-8 weeks with the natural hair growth cycle, so newer lashes that are at the correct growth stage cycle will need to have extensions added to maintain a full look.

Typically lashes need to be filled every 2-3 weeks. As long as retention is good and there are about 50% or more a new set is not required.

Lash lift and tint

Q: what exactly is a lash lift and tint?

A: it is a semi permanent curl and color to the natural lashes. It does not add any volume or length but will give you a very natural mascara look.

Q: How long does a lash lift last?

A: 4-6 weeks depending on the natural lash growth cycle

Q: What is the aftercare?

A: Do you not get the lashes wet for 24 hours. Avoid high heat as it is a chemical process. Use mascara spoolie’s to keep them lifted if you sleep on your side, and a conditioner oil can be used if needed.

Q: Can I wear mascara?

A: Yes, after the 24 hour waiting period.

Q: Will a lash lift ruin my natural lashes?

A: With appropriate processing times and product placement there should not be any damage to the natural lash when done properly.

Q: How do I decide if lash extensions or a lash lift is right for me?

A: Both have amazing results but depending on what look you want and how much upkeep you are willing to do will help you decide. Lash extensions require routine fills (similar to nail extensions) every 2-3 weeks, daily cleansing/brushing and add length, thickness and curl. Lash lifts will enhance the lashes you already have by making them darker and adding a curl/lift. Optimum results for LL are clients with lightly colored, straight downward facing lashes. This service has less maintenance and is great for a subtile natural enhancement of your lashes.
