SPA POLICIES
Quiet, Please
Please silence your cell phone upon arrival to the spa and speak softly. We strive to provide our clients a haven to relax and enjoy a stress-reducing experience.
No Children Allowed
Please do not bring any minor children to the spa. The only exception is for minor children who are receiving a service. In this case, the minor child must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Arrive Early
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out client intake forms. If you are running late, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you are running excessively late, we will have to reschedule your appointment and any deposits paid for the appointment are forfeited and you will be charged based on our cancellation policy below.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Many of our services require a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee. We ask that all appointments be guaranteed by a credit card kept on file. Our time is as valuable as yours. Should you need to cancel or change the time/date of your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, 50% of the service total booked will be billed to the card on file. If you no-show, 100% of the service total will be charged. Repeated abuse of these policies may result in loss of booking privileges at Isla's Secret Boutique Spa.
Pricing
All prices are subject to change at the discretion of management. Multiple sales and promotions are available throughout the year. Sales tax will be added to retail products. Gratuity Tipping is never expected but greatly appreciated. Customary gratuity is 20% of service total for each service provider. Cash tips are preferred however credit card tips can be added.
Refer A Friend
We believe a referral is the best compliment! When a new client comes in for a first appointment and says you referred them, we will credit you $10 towards any service!
Forms of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express as well as cash or debit cards. We do not accept personal checks, cashier's checks or third party checks.
Return Policy
All products and services are non-refundable. No exchanges. All sales are final.
